I ordered the side pillow and the cloudii pillow , I received the side pillow and it has been absolutely brilliant , Best night sleep ever. However Cloudii pillow was lost in transit . The company has been absolutely brilliant and refunded my order . However two months later it arrived in the post today . And I must say I am so impressed I received all the pillowcases and another side sleeper pillow . This company went beyond with their service . They made sure I was extremely happy as a customer. Not as thick as what I seen advertised. And the molded edges aren't shaped the way I thought.

I love this pillow and the cooling effect that is with it. I have had constant neck pain for the last year was waking up at 2 am every night in pain, I made the switch could tell the very next day I had less pain and with in a few days after that most of the pain was gone. Unzip the cover and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry. The memory foam core itself should not be machine washed but can be spot cleaned when needed.
