I love this pillow and the cooling effect that is with it. I have had constant neck pain for the last year was waking up at 2 am every night in pain, I made the switch could tell the very next day I had less pain and with in a few days after that most of the pain was gone. I’ve never slept better in a very long time like almost to the point where my alarm goes off in the morning, I don’t wanna get up. I’m no longer tossing and turning. I usually like to have each one of the big pillows that I bought the big hotel size pillows that I got in California king size I like to sleep with two pillows on each side just in case I like to lean to the right or to the left of my neck but as a back sleeper, I am no longer tossing and turning anymore and it’s so soft… with as much stress I deal with between work and school and you know paying the bills and working out and you have daily adult chores. It doesn’t matter how crappy the mattresses the pillows work.

Unzip the cover and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry. The memory foam core itself should not be machine washed but can be spot cleaned when needed.
